About the Role:
At NovoPart, we bridge the gap between precision industrial engineering and next-generation digital solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated Software Engineering Intern to join our technical team. In this role, you will help build, secure, and optimize the backend systems that power our corporate operations and support our growing AI-compatible software initiatives.

This is a hands-on position where you will tackle real-world deployment challenges, manage server-side architecture, and write robust, production-ready code.

Key Responsibilities:

• Backend Engineering: Develop, maintain, and optimize scalable web applications and backend services using the Laravel (PHP) framework.
• Systems Architecture: Configure and maintain corporate server environments, managing critical DNS routing, domain networking, and secure email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
• Security & Validation: Architect secure user-facing endpoints by implementing strict data validation, intelligent rate-limiting, and comprehensive error-handling mechanisms.
• Troubleshooting: Analyze server logs to diagnose complex application crashes, optimize SMTP mail routing, and navigate strict firewall and hosting environments.
• Data Infrastructure: Assist in structuring backend data pipelines and optimizing relational databases to support our API-enabled services and future machine learning integrations.

What We Are Looking For:

• Currently pursuing a BSc in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
• Strong foundational knowledge of backend web technologies (PHP, Node.js, etc.) and MVC frameworks (Laravel preferred).
• Understanding of web security principles, server-side routing, and RESTful architecture.
• Comfortable navigating hosting environments (cPanel, Linux command line) and troubleshooting deployment roadblocks.
• A tenacious problem-solver who can independently research and resolve complex technical challenges.
